Watch TurfMutt help the Kentucky Humane Society get a new play yard

The TurfMutt Foundation is a proud sponsor of the television show Lucky Dog on CBS. A recent episode featured a segment about how the foundation helped the Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) in Louisville get a new play yard for rescue dogs.

You may remember that KHS partners with the TurfMutt Foundation each year for the Mulligan’s Mutt Madness pet adoption event at Equip Exposition. It’s a partnership that has matched more than 50 dogs with their new families throughout the life of the partnership.

Each year, the KHS finds homes for over 5,000 cats, dogs, and horses. The organization also provides crucial resources to families to help keep pets in their homes. This includes dog training, mobile vet care, low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, and pet food assistance.

The KHS is always looking for ways to improve the lives of animals that walk through its doors. Thanks to the TurfMutt Foundation and local industry professionals, the KHS got a new play area that creates room for the dogs to exercise, play with other animals, and do meet-and-greets with potential adopters.
