This week marks National Pollinator Week – a time to celebrate the bees, butterflies, bats, hummingbirds and other creatures that keep our ecosystem thriving. In fact, roughly one out of every three bites of food we eat is thanks to a pollinator!
The good news? You don't need a massive farm to help them. Our backyards, school yards, community parks and even roadside medians can serve as vital pitstops for these hard-working critters.
Check out this infographic from the TurfMutt Foundation to learn how you can transform your own patch of green space into a pollinator paradise.
