Mulligan is on a mission to change the planet one yard at a time. When she isn't patrolling her own backyard, you can find Mulligan exploring her hometown of Louisville – from the TurfMutt Foundation’s Great Lawn at award-winning Waterfront Park to the TurfMutt Bark Park downtown.
