Watch: The TurfMutt Foundation Preps a Pet Friendly Yard for Adopted Dog Archie

The TurfMutt Foundation not only advocates for the care and use of green space – it is also a passionate advocate for rescue animals.

Each year at Equip Exposition, the largest gathering for landscapers, contractors, dealers, and outdoor power equipment manufacturers, TurfMutt hosts its signature pet adoption event” Mulligan’s Mutt Madness. Partnering with Kentucky Humane Society (KHS), this annual event has helped connect more than 130 rescue dogs with their forever families.

Recently, the TurfMutt Foundation took that mission a step further in Louisville – the home of the Foundation and its spokesdog Mulligan the TurfMutt. When Louisville resident Jennifer suffered the heartbreaking loss of her beloved dog Kona, her remaining dog Knox was left grieving and in need of a companion. Enter Archie, a rescue dog looking for a fresh start.
